A 6-week pregnancy village for mums from 16–37 weeks, created to gently hold, inform, and connect women as they prepare for birth and early motherhood.

What is Bloom

It honours the quiet, powerful unfolding of a woman as she prepares to meet her baby, and meet herself as a mother.

Bloom is a 6-week pregnancy village for women between 16–37 weeks, created to gently hold, inform, and connect women as they prepare for birth and early motherhood.

Within Bloom, women find their people.

They build meaningful relationships with other mums they can land into postpartum with.
They meet trusted practitioners before they’re ever in crisis.
They begin weaving the support systems that will carry them into motherhood.

Bloom brings together expert guidance, shared wisdom, and intentional connection — supporting not just what you’re doing, but who you’re becoming.

Because no mother should ever have to say,
“I wish someone had told me.”

Bloom is the village before the village.

Bloom is about the becoming — and the journey to it.

  • Bloom is for pregnant women between 16–37 weeks who are seeking connection, guidance, and support as they prepare for birth and early motherhood.
First-time mums and experienced mums are equally welcome.

  • Sharing is always optional. Bloom is a space where you’re welcome to listen, observe, and take what feels right for you. There is no pressure to speak — being present is enough.

  • Each session gently flows between:

    • expert-led education

    • guided conversation and connection

    • space to ask questions and reflect

There’s time to arrive, settle, and leave feeling grounded rather than rushed.

  • Both. Bloom intentionally holds the practical and the emotional together — supporting your body, mind, and heart as you prepare for motherhood.

  • Topics may include:

    • preparing your body for birth and postpartum

    • nervous system support and emotional wellbeing

    • feeding foundations

    • sleep and early baby care

    • identity shifts and relationships in motherhood
      Guest practitioners vary by term.

  • We recommend attending all sessions where possible, as each week builds connection and understanding.
If you miss a session, you’ll still be warmly welcomed back the following week.

  • Bloom is a trauma-aware, compassionate space. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
If you’re unsure whether Bloom is the right fit for you, we encourage you to reach out — we’re always happy to chat.

  • Absolutely. Bloom supports all birth journeys. Our focus is on informed choice, preparation, and feeling supported — not a “right” way to give birth.

  • Bloom offers education and support, not medical advice.
Guest practitioners share evidence-informed guidance, and we always encourage you to discuss personal medical decisions with your healthcare provider.
