Meet the Team

  • Chelsea

Owner & Facilitator – Buderim, Maroochydore & Peregian Beach

Hi, I’m Chelsea—a proud mum of two girls, a lover of all things pink and sparkly, and now the very lucky owner of Raising Mamas.

With a background in marketing and a deep passion for connection, I’ve always believed in the power of storytelling—especially the kind that happens between mothers, in quiet moments over tea, or in the shared chaos of early motherhood.

This season of life is sacred, raw, and often overwhelming. For me, finding a village of like-minded mums changed everything. It reminded me that we’re not meant to do this alone—and that there is so much strength in simply being seen.

Now, I have the privilege of leading Raising Mamas, while still facilitating at Buderim and Peregian Beach. It’s a full-circle moment I never saw coming, and one I hold with so much gratitude. I’m honoured to walk alongside you in this chapter, and I can’t wait to hear your story.

  • Motherhood Support

    Erin

    Caloundra Facilitator

Hi, I’m Erin—a mum of two who recently moved to the Sunshine Coast with my husband to embrace the beautiful lifestyle of beaches, nature, and slow, sunny days.

After many years working as a florist, I’m following a new path that feels deeply meaningful: creating space for mums to feel supported, understood, and truly connected during the early season of motherhood.

Becoming a mother has been the most grounding and transformative experience of my life. It’s shown me the power of community and the strength that comes from sharing this journey with others. I’ve leaned on the wisdom and warmth of fellow mums through my time as a mum in Raising Mamas and I’m passionate about helping others find that same sense of belonging—where they never feel alone.

I’m always eager to connect, share stories, and grow alongside others in this beautifully complex chapter of life.

  • Chelsea

    North Lakes Facilitator

Hi, I’m Chels, a new Mum to a precious little baby girl.

I started my journey with Raising Mamas as a new mum myself, showing up to group sleep deprived but overjoyed to be sharing a space with other Mums on the same journey. Being part of a group where I could be realistic about my motherhood journey, meet other mums, and feel an overwhelming amount of support from not only other participants but our amazing facilitator.

Now, stepping into the facilitator role myself, feels like a pinch me moment. Im grateful that I get to return the support for mums, through own personal experiences and learnings as a first time Mum.

I’m excited to get to know each and every one of you, talk through relatable and honest experiences and help share the load of Motherhood as someone who will always show up as apart of your village!

  • Bianca

    Bianca

    North Lakes Facilitator

Hi, I'm Bianca, a nature loving, baby carrier dancing, chatty, first time mama.

Since welcoming my beautiful girl into the world, one of the biggest lifelines for me has been the supportive tribe of mothers around me. They’ve lifted me up in the sleep-deprived and emotional moments, and they’ve celebrated with me through milestones like starting solids and those first little crawls. No one truly understands the all-consuming nature of early motherhood quite like another mum walking through it too.

That’s why stepping into the facilitator role at Raising Mamas feels so meaningful to me. I’m passionate about helping other mums build their own village—the kind of support network where you can laugh, cry, and share the journey honestly, without ever feeling alone.

I’m excited to share real experiences and walk alongside you in this very precious season of life.

  • Jessi

    Buderim Facilitator

Hi, I’m Jessi – proud mama to my beautiful 8-month-old and a former hospitality business owner who’s swapped late nights and busy services for nap schedules and snack prep.

After an IVF journey to become a mum, motherhood feels both deeply treasured and beautifully humbling. I know firsthand the emotional weight that can come with becoming “mama,” and I’m passionate about sharing my experiences openly to help other mums feel less alone and more supported.

With my background in hospitality and a love of training and teaching, I naturally gravitate toward encouraging and empowering others. Whether it’s sharing practical tips, offering a listening ear, or simply normalising the messy magic of this season, I’m here for real conversations and genuine connection.

So grateful to be part of this community 🤍

  • Annabel

    Relief Facilitator

I’m an early childhood teacher and counsellor with a deep, lifelong interest in pregnancy, birth, and the transition into motherhood. I have strong knowledge of child development and alongside kindy teaching, have worked in the disability and early intervention therapy space supporting young children and their families.

While my professional background has shaped how I support women, it is motherhood itself that has been the most sacred and transformative journey of my life. I am proud to call myself mum to the most beautiful little girl. She has lit up my world in ways I could have never imagined.

I’m passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where mothers feel seen, heard, and deeply understood — not just as caregivers, but as the dynamic and complex women they are themselves. I know motherhood is both powerful and tender, and no one should have to navigate it alone.
