We run our Raising Mamas groups across the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane, with multiple locations and days to choose from. Each space is designed to feel warm, welcoming and easy to walk into, no matter where you’re at in your motherhood journey.
All of our locations follow the same beautiful structure. Small groups, meaningful conversations, and a space that’s held for you each week.
You’ll choose the location and day that suits you best.
Each session runs for 90 minutes and includes:
• Time to arrive, settle in and connect
• A guest expert sharing on a relevant topic or facilitator led conversation
• A guided deep dive or connection activity
If a group doesn’t fill, we may combine age groups into one 0–12 month space to keep the energy and connection strong.

North Lakes
Axis Church
Days: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
Our North Lakes space is spacious and pram-friendly, with plenty of room to move and settle in.
There’s a café nearby and easy parking, making it a really practical and comfortable location for new mamas.

Meridan Community Centre
Days: Wednesday & Thursday
A light-filled, welcoming space for our Caloundra village. Perfect for mamas in the southern end of the coast looking for connection close to home.

Goodlife Community Centre

A calm, central space for our Buderim mamas. Easy to access with plenty of room to settle in and connect.

Community CoLab (Sunshine Coast City Hall)
Days: Tuesday
Right in the heart of Maroochydore, this space brings together a beautiful mix of mamas from across the coast.
Parking information is shared prior to term, including nearby options and easy access points.
