Now Hiring: Casual Facilitators for Term 3 & 4, 2026

📍 Locations: North Lakes
🕘 Time: Tuesdays, 8:30 AM – 12:45 PM
💰 Pay: $30/hour + superannuation
📅 Start Date: Term 3, 2026

We’re growing our Raising Mamas team and inviting expressions of interest from warm, thoughtful, values-aligned women who feel called to hold space for new mums during one of the most tender seasons of life.

Our facilitators don’t just run sessions — they create the village. They are the open arms so many mums turn to, the gentle voice of reassurance, and the steady presence in a season that can feel so uncertain.

As the weekly facilitator, you’ll become the heart of your group—welcoming mothers, guiding the session, supporting guest speakers, and helping create real connections.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Welcoming and guiding the group through each session

• Creating a safe, inclusive and supportive environment

• Setting up and packing down the space (including sanitising toys and mats)

• Supporting and liaising with guest speakers

• Capturing key moments for social media (photos/videos – training provided)

• Communicating with the Raising Mamas team and venue staff as needed

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be a parenting expert — just someone with a big heart and steady presence.

You might be:

• A mum who knows firsthand the value of community

• A doula, educator, counsellor or social worker with a nurturing presence

• Someone passionate about connection and holding space for others

We're seeking someone who is:
🤎 Passionate about supporting mums and creating community
🤎 Confident in leading groups and guiding gentle conversation
🤎 Reliable, organised and able to commit to the full 10-week term
🤎 Comfortable with light admin, communication, and basic tech
🤎 Confident in capturing and sharing moments on social media

✔️ Current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
✔️ Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
✔️ Commitment to complete facilitator training prior to Term 3

• Casual, term-based contract (1–2 hours per group, per week)

• Access to a beautiful facilitator community
